I’ve never tried your spice blends before. What if I order one I don’t like?

We love food. You love food. We think you’ll love our healthy, all natural spice blends. If you try a new flavor and decide you don’t love it, let us know. We’ll exchange it for another or refund your purchase. No need to send it back! 

 

Does Northwest Spices use fillers in their blends? 

No. We only use natural, whole and wholesome ingredients in every spice blend.

 

What’s the best way to store my spice blends? 

To ensure the longest life and best quality, it’s best to store your spices in a cupboard, away from heat and light. 

 

How long can I store my spice blends? 

If stored properly, your spices will last at least a year. We’ve had customers find packets after two years and still taste fine. They are dehydrated so they won’t spoil, but may lose color and flavor if stored over a year. Using them frequently is the best way to avoid this. :)

 

Are the spice blends good for low carb, ketogenic, low sodium, sugar free, gluten free or paleo type eating plans? 

We care about health and we know you do too! That’s why our spice blends never contain any added sugar, salt, fillers, MSG or gluten. We only use natural ingredients. Our spice blends are ideal for keto, paleo, Whole30, low sugar, low sodium and gluten free eating plans. Using our spice blends to make dips, marinades or adding to your favorite recipes will add a healthy depth of flavor to your meals. When your food tastes good, it’s easier to stick to your plan! Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, you can purchase gift cards in many denominations here. You’ll receive an email that contains a unique gift card code that you can use at checkout to redeem its value. Gift cards are perfect gifts for friends and family. 

 

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept nearly all payment methods including credit/debit, PayPal, Amazon, Google Pay, Shop Pay and any other “pays” they invent in the future we will be sure to add. 

How do I edit my order? 

If you’ve just placed an order and need to edit it, please contact us. If it’s been a day or more since your order was placed, it’s possible your order has already shipped. You can still get in touch and we’ll do what we can to solve the situation. 

 

Where do you ship to? 

We ship in the United States. If you live elsewhere, please contact us. We may be able to accommodate your order. 

How long will my order take to arrive? 

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If there is a problem with the order, we’ll contact you via email. Shipping generally takes 2-3 days. Mail carriers have notified us, shipping times may be longer during any national crisis, like the recent pandemic and protests. 

If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us so we can resolve it.

 

Will you send me tracking information? 

We send email notifications through every step of the shipping process. You'll be able to follow the journey of your delicious Spice Blends to your front door. 

 

Are you the same company that used to be called “For the Love of Pasta?”

Yes! That’s us. You may have seen us at trade shows and fairs throughout the Pacific Northwest. When the company was founded, we sold specialty pastas. We have since transitioned to selling only healthy, all natural and delicious spice blends. Thus, the name change to Northwest Spices. We're glad you found us!
