Refund policy

We love food. You love food. We think you’ll love our healthy, all natural Spice Blends. If you try a new flavor and decide you don’t love it, let us know. We’ll exchange it for another blend or give back your money. No need to send it back! 

To start a return, contact us at hello@nwspices.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number so we can help you as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
